About the Journal

Tanta Medical Journal (Tanta Med J) is the official, double blind peer-reviewed, online journal of Tanta University, Faculty of Medicine. The journal aims to promote, develop and exchange scientific knowledge and technical co-operation between clinicians, scientists and others involved in the field of Medicine. It also strives to promote scientific research in various aspects of medical field and to establish highest ethical standards in scientific research. It works to disseminate knowledge and information amongst the general public in relation to medical field. One of its chief activities is to create public awareness regarding medical problems in the society and trying to suppose solutions for them to promote the objectives of the society. The journal will cover technical and clinical studies related to health, ethical and social issues in field of Medicine. Articles with clinical interest and implications will be given preference.
